Daniel H. Truex - Chief Executive Officer

Experience includes: 

  • Over 23 years of Military service with five global deployments

  • Over 14 years of Law Enforcement service as an Officer, Sergeant, and
    Lieutenant

  • Supervised security operations both within the continental U.S. and various locations globally

  • Oversaw security activities during natural disaster recovery and relief efforts

  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice

Marcus J. Sell - Chief Financial Officer

   Experience includes:

  • Over 12 years of Law Enforcement service as an Officer, Sergeant, and Lieutenant

  • Supervised Patrol Officers and Detectives in several fields including Alcoholic Beverage Control, Background Investigations, Repeat Offender Program, Drug Court, and Polygraph Examinations

  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology

McKenzie T. Willoughby - Director of Business Development

   Experience includes:

  • Over 7 years of Law Enforcement service

  • Over 5 years in the insurance industry

  • Specialized training in active shooter, interview and interrogation, recruiting and retention

  • Currently serves on multiple Safety and Security Committees

  • Served as a detective in multiple units: Violent Crimes, Shoplifting, Larceny from Auto, and Auto Theft

  • Nationwide American Heart Association CPR and First Aid Instructor

  • Graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Police Studies

James Kammer - Director of Operations

   Experience includes:

  • Over 32 years of Law Enforcement service

  • Over 20 years of administrative level management

  • Served as Assistant Director of Operations at FCDC

  • Served as Major of Human Resources, Facilities and Contract Service Providers, Classification and Intake, and Inmate Programs and Services in his tenure at FCDC

  • Graduated with a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice Administration
